                                  A PALE CELADON JADE CARVING OF A MAGPIE

                                      The bird is shown with its head turned back and grasping a blossoming prunus branch in its beak, its
                                      taloned feet tucked with fnely carved feathers under the slender body, wings folded around the sides and
                                      the long tail feathers neatly extended. The stone is of an even celadon tone with some mottling and opaque
                                      inclusions.
