           GILT BRONZE ‘OFFICIAL’S HAT’ FINIALS
           Qing Dynasty
           Comprising one red glass finial with filigree mount with dragons and
           flaming pearls; a gilt-bronze finial with prunus blossoms and pearls,
           a pink finial mounted on a cast base with peaches, bats and ‘shou’
           roundels; and four blue glass finials, the mounts variously decorated
           with prunus blossoms, peacock feather, pearls and cash and bats.
           The largest 6.4cm (2 1/2in) high (7).

           Qing Dynasty
           One bamboo hat with blue glass finial, the other two with gilt-bronze
           finials; of the ‘court’ hats, one with beaded coral finial, two with clear
           glass finials and one with red glass finial, all hats adorned with fringes
           varying from deep to scarlet red; a beaded coral official’s hat’s finial;
           three pleats of hair to be attached to official’s hats; a red tassel; and
           forty-two gilt-bronze robes’ buttons.
