A LARGE RED-GLAZED PEAR-SHAPED VASE
YONGZHENG SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE
WITHIN A DOUBLE CIRCLE AND OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)
The vase is sturdily potted with a globular body rising from a
circular foot to a long straight neck, applied to the exterior with an
even glaze of raspberry-red tone. The interior and base are covered
with a clear glaze.
