A GLOBULAR SPINACH GREEN JADE TWO-
HANDLED TRIPOD CENSER AND DOMED
COVER
Late 19th/20th century
Raised on three cylindrical legs with lion mask
brackets supporting a globular body lavishly carved
in high relief with fanciful taotie masks divided by
vertical segmented flanges into six panels under a
plain collar at the neck and rolled rim accented by
flared, beaded handles, the domed cover repeating
the main body decoration under a carved and
pierced dragon finial, the semi-translucent spinach-
green stone with some lighter mottled patches
throughout.

A SPINACH-GREEN JADE BRUSHPOT WITH
CLOISONNÉ MOUNT
The brushpot: 20th century；the mount: Qianlong
four-character seal mark and of the period
The cylindrical brushpot of dark green hue with pale
inclusions, the exterior worked in relief with a lively
scene of scholars and acolytes in a mountainous
landscape, supported on a cloisonné enameled
gilt-bronze stand decorated with a narrow band of
stylized ruyi heads, the base incised with the four-
character mark within a double square.
