TWO JADE DECORATIONS
Trapezoid container: Qing dynasty
The first a trapezoid-outlined jade container, the thin side walls carefully
incised with a key-fret band; the second a gilt metal box decorated
with birds and clouds, the hinged cover inset with a jade plaque
carved in relief with a dragon against an openwork ground.
1 15/16in (4.9) height of container
3 1/4in (8.2cm) length of dragon jade plaque (2).

A GROUP OF THREE JADE PLAQUES
The first carved in openwork with two deer and a crane surrounded by
pine and lingzhi, with a fitted wood stand; the second a plaque carved
with two sinuous dragons; the last a diamond-shaped plaque carved
with a bat and decorated with scrolling patterns.
3 7/8 x 5 7/8in (9.8 x 15cm) dimensions of first plaque (3).

TWO JADE SCULPTURES
Lotus-form vase: late Qing/Republic period
The first a vase rendered in the form of a blooming lotus flower
supported by undercut leafy stems, decorated with a young boy
standing on another lotus flower climbing along the side of the vase;
the second carved with two birds perching on an artful rock.
3 1/8 and 3 3/4in (7.9 and 9.5cm) high (2).
