Qing dynasty
The thick plaque of tall rectangular section, incised in relief to verso
to depict a boy and an elephant in a mountainous landscape, and to
recto to depict a gnarled and blooming branch of prunus beneath a gilt
incised poem bearing a Qianlong mark, the stone of gray green color
displaying isolated patches of russet to one corner
