A HUANGHUALI AND HUANGYANGMU SQUARE KANG TABLE
Ming dynasty elements
Of elaborate construction consisting of an intricately reticulated
inset waist of contending dragons between bamboo inspired corner
brackets above complicated archaistic zoomorphic scroll separating
beast head legs and inwardly curved feet, the very sun struck wood
displaying traces of the former characteristic hardwood whorl.
