A PALE CELADON JADE CONJOINED VASE
18th/19th century
One part formed as a dragon fish, leaping out of waves, the open
mouth leading to the hollow interior, the fins and scales finely
detailed, the tail joined to the base of the other part, carved as
a baluster vase with domed cover, the joint base surrounded by
scrolling clouds, the stone of a pale greenish-white color with faint
russet inclusions, wood stand.
