A WHITE JADE ‘PHOENIX’ PLAQUE
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The flattened plaque is well carved and pierced to the centre with
a bi disc, enclosed by a pair of confronted archaistic phoenix on
the border. The semi-translucent stone is of an even white tone.
