            Partridge and Sons Ltd., London, and included in the
            International Exhibition of Chinese Art, Royal Academy of Arts,
            London, 1935-6, cat. no. 2352, sold twice in our London rooms,
            6th July 1971, lot 201 and 14th April 1980, lot 329, and again
            in these rooms, 20th May 1981, lot 802. Compare also a very
            similar vase, of smaller size, illustrated in R.L. Hobson, Later
            Ceramic Wares of China, col. pl. XXIII, fig. 1.
