Kazuyoshi and Nobuyuki (Tokyo, 1998) describe Kazuyoshi and Nobuyuki (Tokyo, 1998) mention
this dish with yabane (feather arrow) motif as this is one of the largest early bowls and very
finely executed with the twelve arrows evenly refined with its small ring foot. An elegant aspect
drawn over the whole dish. Shards of this design is also the gohon (pinkish mottling).
were excavated at the Hokaoyama kiln in Arita.
