A LARGE BRONZE ‘BAMBOO AND PRUNUS’ BALUSTER VASE
Qing Dynasty
The exterior cast in low relief with blossoms and shoots, the tapering
neck flanked with naturalistic bamboo and prunus branch handles;
together with a smaller bronze baluster vase with cast chilong in high
relief to the exterior, incised mark to base. The first 39.5cm (15 1/2in)
high (2).

TWO ARCHAISTIC BRONZE VASES
Qing Dynasty
The first modelled after a ritual gu vase, of square section and with
a flaring mouth and foot, cast with taotie masks and flanges; the
second of baluster form with lappets enclosing stylised motifs,
flanked with beast mask loose ring handles.
The largest: 31.5cm (12 3/8in) high (2).
