18th century
The interior finely and brightly painted with
a narrative roundel with a court official and
his wife aboard a pleasure boat being sailed
across a lake, surrounded with a yellow-
ground floral border, the reverse with blue
enamel stylised dragons on a white ground,
the base with a two-character seal script
mark.

A PAINTED ENAMEL QUATREFOIL TRAY
Qianlong
The quatre-lobed shallow tray finely painted
with a dense floral pattern with peonies and
lotus, surrounded with borders of scrolling
foliage and cartouches enclosing further floral
blooms, reserved on a diaper ground, all
raised on four globular feet.

Decorated with a deer and stag in a pine-
strewn garden, with ducks amongst lotus in
the foreground, the reverse with flowering
