A SILVER-INLAID OXIDIZED COPPER
RECTANGULAR SNUFF BOTTLE
1780-1900
One side of the fattened body is decorated in silver wire inlay
with a fgure seated at a table beneath a tree, the reverse with
a calligraphic inscription, and the neck and narrow sides with
shou characters.

AN AGATE SNUFF BOTTLE
1770-1850
The bottle is wrapped with bands of opaque white color
and has a circular, reddish-maroon area on one shoulder
opposite a semi-translucent greyish-white area on the other.
