                Dear shareholders, colleagues, partners!

                I am glad to present to your attention the annual report of the “Uzbek Republican Currency
            Exchange” JSC for 2022.

                In the reporting year, UZCE continued to carry out activities with the continuity of business
            processes in order to improve the quality of services provided and fulfill obligations to partners
            and bidders.

                The  priority  tasks  of  the  Supervisory  Board  of  UZCE  were  to  maintain  the  sustainable
            development of the organization, ensuring the reliability and continuity of its activities.
                The Supervisory Board has done some work to comply with the requirements of legislation in
            the management of UZCE as a joint-stock company, as well as the implementation of measures
            within the framework of the Development Strategy of UZCE.
                At the annual general meeting of shareholders of UZCE on the results of 2021, held on June
            30, 2022 online, reports of the Supervisory Board and Executive Body were heard, as well as
            other issues were considered and appropriate decisions were made aimed at the development
            and expansion of the business.

                Within the framework of the Development Strategy of UZCE, work has been carried out
            to  modernize  trading  and  software  complexes,  central  counterparty  services,  market  maker
            activities in the government securities market and derivatives market have been introduced
            for the first time in the country, futures contracts have been launched, a mobile application for
            trading in the government securities market has been commissioned.
