I was thrilled to see this rook of Pelicans as a few years back people were talking

as if somewhat rare and only recently making a come back I knew by experience
in UTAH, a huge Pelican research state, that people may not have seen Pelicans on
the Mississippi River as often as they used to, but given the migratory pattern of

Pelicans, they are not rare.

Oddly not only in Utah did I get to enjoy learning more about Pelicans than I ever

wanted to know including Live Feed tacking maps of tagged Pelicans but I also
lived in Pelican City Oregon the original name for Klamath Falls.

We had lots of Pelicans there but the fun part is to ask someone if they ever saw a
baby pelican……..
