WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1. We expect honesty - honesty with yourself, with Jones-Hamilton Co. and with
all those with whom you come in contact, whether it is fellow employees,
customers or society in general.
2. We expect you to accept responsibility and accountability. An “It’s not my job”
attitude does not belong at Jones-Hamilton Co.
3. We expect loyalty - a loyalty to your work, your JH family of employees and
our customers. We have always worked together as an organization and your
own personal achievements will be measured in terms of the contribution you
make to our joint effort.
4. We expect you to demonstrate good judgment. Factual knowledge must come
before good judgment. This means you must continually educate yourself on
our Company, our products and our industry.
