30 contains the 12 sons of Jacob, comprising the original tribes of
Israel that included Joseph (see chart).

and were listed among the 12 leaders (see numbers 1 listing). As part
of the occupation of Israel, each tribe was given a portion of land in
their newly acquired homeland.
