H&G and Loin



        Tuna Production















































        H&G (Headless & Gutted) tuna is a whole fish with the
        head and entrails removed, intended for expert
        processing and high-volume clients, typically
        weighing over 30 kg. H&G comes is a high quality
        product that is exported to the USA in A+ grades. In
        contrast, a Tuna Loin is a boneless, skinless cut from
        the fish's dorsal and belly areas, vacuum-packed
        individually with a weight range of 2-5 kg per loin in A,
        B and B+ grades. Our skilled factory knifemen are
        trained and experienced locally and internationally
        giving us the confidence in high quality value added
        products.

        All tuna selected for export are carefully selected and
        double checked at 2 stage from the boat unloading
        and at the factory before processing. Our skilled
        graders specially look into colour, texture, smell & fat
        content (Marbling). Histamine test are carried out also
        and health certificates are issue for each and every
        export to Europe.
