Sustainable Development Framework and Policy

1. Principles and Rationale

Muang Thai Life Assurance Public Company Limited (Company) operates the business

in accordance with sustainable development guidelines and adheres to the code of conduct
and good corporate governance. There is a management structure with internal audit system

that promotes check and balance and appropriate risk management, and balances
Environmental, Social, and Governance & Economic Aspects to create smiles and happiness

for all stakeholders.

The Company has integrated sustainable development guidelines into its business
strategies. The Sustainable Development Framework and Policy (Policy) has been developed

as a guideline for sustainability management and for directors, executives and employees to

be aware of the importance of conducting business with responsibility towards society,
environment and all stakeholders, as well as promoting economic growth. The directors,
executives and employees at all levels and everyone are responsible for supporting, promoting

and working in accordance with this Policy until it becomes the Company’s culture that balances

the environmental, social, and governance & economic benefits towards stable and sustainable
growth in the long term, as well as participates in efforts to achieve the Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

2. Objectives

• To create awareness and provide guidelines for sustainable development management
and guidelines for directors, executives and employees.

• To ensure that the Company's business operations in line with environmental, social,
and governance & economic interests including the interests of stakeholders

• To participate in efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of
the United Nations
