4) To monitor and ensure that the Company’s operations are in line with good
governance and to report to the Board of Directors about the Company’s good

governance and sustainable development, as well as advice about practice and

improvements as needed.

5) To appoint subcommittees and working teams as needed.

ESG STEERING COMMITTEE chaired by the Chief Executive Officer, is tasked with the
following roles and responsibilities:

1) To promote and support the concrete implementation of corporate governance and

sustainable development.

2) To establish a framework and policies for sustainable development and propose for

review to the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee annually.

3) To develop a sustainable development action plan and report its performance to
the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee.

4) To supervise the ESG project and appoint a project sponsor, a project manager and
ESG project working group as deemed appropriate.

5) To track and report on the law and new announcements by regulators including

international guidelines related to corporate governance and sustainable
development.

6) To report on corporate governance and sustainable development performance
from the Anti-Corruption Policy Working Group and other related working groups.
