1 balanced meal    Take a complete balanced  meal (vegetables & roast)  Mix 30 ml  (2 Tablespoons)  in 6-8 oz fl of  water or juice  Drink one tea   of Ultrabody   Cleanser.   6-8 PM

                                 1 snack                            Take some solid meal  e.g. healthy fiber bar under 130 Cal. or a fruit  4-5 PM




                  1 balanced meal with 2 shakes and 3 snacks a day!








                                 1 snack         Take some solid meal  e.g. a salad  Take 1 pack of Le´Vive Slim  in 4 oz of water.  2-3 PM














                                 1 shake  (Lunch)                  Mix 2 tbs. of  Nutrishake in 8oz of    water/soymilk  12 PM Start the day with a glass of water as soon as you wake up! That is a wonderful way to start the day. We also suggest not  eating 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. Note: The schedule is based on the Complete Transform Kit.
