without having visited the site personally or having met with yourself, your MFadel Group Executives or JLL to discuss the project

in far greater detail.

Our experience is deep and varied as you will see from the following detailed pages of information. Our global strength,
relationships with the International brands and presence in the USA, UK & Europe, Africa & Middle East and Asia, ensure we
have a team who offer second to none, dynamic and unique perspectives on all aspects of hotel development and operations.

This project would be run out of both our UK and Africa offices with support teams from the USA.
