WHY ARE WE CALLED VALOR?

Founded following the great recession, which produced many distressed situations, Valor elected to
employ a ‘White Knight’ strategy versus traditional ‘vulture’ investors who took adverse positions to

owners who simply fell victim to the unprecedented downturn in the real estate market. Valor has
steadfastly pursued win-win opportunities, where an infusion of fresh capital can fund the
improvements needed to revitalise a property and add value for our investors, employees and

guests.
