PROPOSED BRAND







          • Valor enjoy deep rooted and trusted relationships with global brands; IHG, Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt amongst many others. Additionally,
             as can be seen from our presentation and website, we also manage independent luxury hotels & resorts unaffiliated with brand. However
             – in the case of this RFP and given the location and market intelligence, we do believe globally branded properties makes sense.
             Important to note is that Valor is a very well known and respected third party operator and, in that regard, would want to manage these
             assets post development. Many luxury global brands do not allow franchise scenarios with third party operators in which case they would
             be automatically disqualified from our proposals. We would however continue to ask the questions of the brands and as has happened in
             the past, seek a special waiver for Valor.


          • For the purposes of this RFP, it is not wise to suggest an exhaustive list of possible 4- and 5-star brands until we have met the
             developers, owners and stakeholders as well as having a select Valor team visit and discuss the market and broader plans of ownership.


          • Currently given market trading conditions and finding brands which can flex between peak and shoulder demand periods will be of the
             upmost importance. Casablanca is seen and regarded as having strong corporate demand and more package type leisure travel with
             multiple low cost options. This is also very positive as these two hotels and serviced apartments will be opened in a market with only a
             few serious competitors.

          • Current and future presence in the region


                 • We will assess both Casablanca and North Africa following our diligence thus far. Brands are lacking in Casablanca which can be
                    seen as a positive and within the broader North African region, many of the global brands we would likely consider do have
                    presence and have a targeted focus on growing presence in North Africa in general. Valor have extensive presence and knowledge
                    of Sub-Saharan and Southern Africa as well as the UK & Europe. All important markets for Morocco
