                 • We believe that the brands chosen (one for each of the hotels) should be aligned through many factors including, but not
                    limited to:


                        a)    Possible key money contribution and / or preferred license fee terms
                        b)    Brand marketing support, specifically during pre-opening
                        c)    Sales and marketing support from opening
                        d)    Robust rewards system with proven unaccommodated demand statistics
                        e)    A shared vision and enthusiasm for the overall development
                        f)    An understanding of Casablanca. Morocco and broader North African markets
                        g)    Presence in the broader African continent
