contribution will fund not only HNL’s Centre development but also pre-close expenses in
creating the business.
HNL will develop and operate the first Hot Shots Centre. It will be at Centurion Park in
Newcastle upon Tyne.
HNL will have a 70+ year sublease of the Centre site from Keeping Inn Ltd (STR Group
Subsidiary) as owner/operator of the Centurion Park Golf Club under a lease from the
North Tyneside Borough Council (The local authority “LA”). The LA has agreed the sub-
lease, and STR will be completing negotiations with the LA to extend the lease and
sublease to 120+ years.
HNL will have an option to acquire a sublease of the golf course on the same terms as
the lease of the land on which the Centre will be built.
