YOUTH MUSICAL THEATRE PROGRAM AND CLASESES
The pillar of Drayton Entertainment’s Youth Engagement
programs, the Youth Musical Theatre Program will be
expanded to include classes and workshops throughout
the year, which will foster and develop skills useful for
performers as well as well-rounded, social, and engaged
young citizens.

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL PROJECT
A musical starring local high school students will
create a cluster of arts0related activity throughout
Waterloo Region. The project will draw students from
high schools across the region and positions will be
available in all aspects of the production, including
stage management, technical, set construction, and
wardrobe. It will provide an equal and diverse
opportunity for anyone interested in participating and
unite the community through shared creation.

YOUTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Hands-on learning to complement the School Matinee
Program, which provides subsidized access to close to
11,000 students a year, along with free study guides
to help teachers link content to curriculum. Future
program expansion will include in-school workshops,
classes and readings that provide grassroots access to
the arts.
