Our first meeting of February was our Chapter Blessings to All!
Birthday celebrating 137 years. We all put on our Becky Renfroe, WM and George Renfroe,WP
party clothes and after the meeting we dug into the Golden Rule Chapter #1, Order of the Eastern
traditional party fair of birthday cake (decorated
with the Eastern Star emblem) and ice cream.
On February 9, our Grand Ruth, Lisa Leo, and her
family observed a Celebration of Life for her
mother, Marcia Laspada. Lisa planned everything
around her mom’s personality, passions, and loves
which included fancy shoelaces, Marica’s favorite
foods, a touch of Elvis, and gorp which was spe-
cially blended by each attendee. We learned so
much about Marcia and her family - it was a
heartwarming afternoon.
February 18 was our Stars Night Out at Red Rob-
in. We all enjoy the great burgers, fellowship, and
the opportunity to introduce ourselves to prospec-
tive members. We hold these dinners every other
month, and all Masonic family members and their
family and friends are invited.

Our second meeting in February we all came in
our favorite fuzzy or character slippers so we’d be
nice and relaxed. We needed that comfort as we
spent the meeting setting plans for the presenta-
tions during the Official Visit of our Worthy
Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron set for
March 23. Much was accomplished - YES!
Don’t forget to mark you calendars for our GAME
DAY, March 30 at high noon. Only $10 for a deli-
cious lunch and an entire afternoon of fun and
games - literally! Reserve your spot early with

We are continuing to offer a great Date Night or
