Major merger
Centennial Resource Development and Colgate Energy Partners III have
agreed to combine in the largest shale merger of the year to date.
Gas pipelines
The Matterhorn Express gas pipeline is moving ahead in the Permian Basin,
as are planned expansions of other gas pipelines in the region.
Development plan
The US Department of the Interior has said it will propose a new five-year
plan for federal offshore oil and gas development by June 30.
LNG FID
Venture Global LNG has made a final investment decision and closed the
project financing for the first phase of the Plaquemines LNG terminal.
