 Call Transfers  Placing Calls on Hold  Call Pick-up




 Attended Transfer  1. To place a call on hold:  Extension Pick-up


 1. Press TRANSFER.       Press HOLD during a call.   Dial *8 in front of the ringing extension
 2. Dial the required number and press  2. To resume a held call:  number you want to pick up,

     CIRCLE.       Press HOLD during a call.  and press CIRCLE.
 3. Wait for answer and announce.

 Unattended Transfer  1. Place a call to first party.  Group Pick-up


 1. Press TRANSFER.  2. Press CONF to create a new conference
