We have signed a contract to have your front window replaced with white
vinyl double pane energy savings windows!!!

As you can imagine, replacing windows in 134 units will be a pretty large undertaking and we need your
cooperation in order to stay on schedule.
Starting on August 28, 2023 and continuing well into 2024, we are going to be replacing your front window.

Check for your apartment number on the schedule on the back side of this document.
If the schedule changes at all we will notify you as soon as we can, and the weather may cause a delay

We need your cooperation in the following ways:

 Your unit must be ready with furniture moved 3 ft away from windows inside and outside -
Our maintenance will arrive at approximately 8am to remove your blinds and then come back at the end
of the day to reinstall the blinds after the window has been installed.

 This project is a huge undertaking so we insist that you get your unit ready for the installation. If you don't,
it may delay the schedule which will cause new calendar being prepared and the contractor to experience
project delay fees and we will pass the cost onto the resident who causes the delay

24 HOUR NOTICE TO ENTER INTO PREMISES - FOR THE DATES SET FORTH ON
THE ATTACHED SCHEDULE:

PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1954, OWNER HEREBY GIVES NOTICE TO ALL
RESIDENTS AT THAT OWNER'S WORKMEN WILL ENTER UPON THE PREMISES ON THE DAYS SET
FORTH ON THE BACK SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT, DURING BUSINESS HOURS OF 8AM-5PM TO CON-
DUCT NECESSARY AND AGREED UPON REPAIRS REPLACE WINDOW.
