Event or Series Sponsorship Opportunities

These provide you with a great way to entertain business associates or clients. Furthermore, it is a very
nice way to treat family and friends to a fabulous night out. We are a non-profit organization any you
sponsorship or contribution could be tax deductible. As always, consult your accountant.

Season Presenter Full Series

For this sponsorship level you will receive: Prime seating, a full table for 8, Dinner for 8, desserts for 8 at
Red Tie Arts’ Death by Chocolate dessert bar, Two bottles of great Lucca wine. Your name on a banner
over the stage, name on all promo material in the top position as

“’Dewey, Chetham, & Howe’ Present The Red Tie Arts Summer Benefit Concert Series.”

In addition, you will have priority mention from the stage and if you want, you can even come on stage
and do the band introduction. Also, if you have more guests that you would like to entertain, we will
provide up to 8 additional seats (1 table) at half price tickets. One opportunity for this level. $6,000

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level. This level includes a General Seating at a table of your choice for 8 in second or third

row, Dinner for 8, Two bottles of wine. Desserts and coffee Or, Lawn Seating with the same benefits.
Your name goes on all promotional material as a sponsor.
Per show: $1,100 For the season, 4 shows: $4,000

Gold Level. This level allows you all the items as the Platinum Levels except for the 8 dinners. Desserts
and coffee are included from the RTA Death by Chocolate dessert bar.

Per show: $800 For the season, 4 shows: $2,800

Silver Level. This level is like the Gold Level except for 4 people at a shared table of 8 in the general
seating area, row 2 or 3. Includes the dessert bar.

Custom Level. Here you work with RTA to determine what your wants and desires are...what will work
for you and make you happy. Please contact us and one of the board member will sit down with you and
work it all out.
