Safety Meetings and Inspections

▪ Safety meetings are:

▪ Vital to the hazard management program

▪ Conducted on a regular basis

▪ You are expected to attend and actively participate in safety meetings.

▪ Your suggestions and concerns are encouraged at these meetings.

▪ Regularly planned inspections identify and correct hazards before loss

occurs. You are responsible to:

▪ Inspect your work area and equipment for potential hazards.

▪ Inspect all equipment prior to and after equipment use in accordance

with established procedures.

▪ Inspect equipment at regular intervals while on location, in accordance
with established procedures.
