Equipment
1) One medium saucepan
2) Stand mixer with dough hook
3) Baking sheet/oven
4) Teflon
Ingredients :
1) 250 gram flour 6) 1/4 teaspoon salt

3) 2 teaspoon yeast 8) 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

5) 1 cup warm water
Steps
1) First, put the yeast and sugar in a large bowl and mix them
2) Second, add warm water to the dough, leave it covered for 10 minutes.
3) After that, put the dough into the large bowl to knead
4) Next, add a little flour and continue to add salt.
5) Then put the eggs into the dough.
6) Next, use the kneading hook to stir the dough. Keep stirring until it
becomes a dough.
7) After that, take the dough and then roll the dough on the teflon that
has been smeared with oil.
8) Next, spread the topping over the dough.
9) Finally, prepare the oven for baking and put the dough in the oven.
10) After 15 minutes you can take the finished pizza out of the oven.
