 How it Works
1. Make a visit to a place to eat with friends or family

2. Be sure to bring a notebook to make a report on the results of the visit.
3. After arriving at the destination, record it as follows:

a) Days and the date of the visit

b) The food to be observed
c) The situation or atmosphere of the restaurant

d) How the chef cooks
e) Note the important things during the visit

1) The ingredients needed for cooking

2) The steps in cooking
3) Write down the name of the chef and the people involved in

it
4. After everything is recorded and complete, tell in front of the class to the

teacher and friends
