Crown Sennit
The Crown Sennit is based on a series of Crown Knots (Chapter 4), but
with four strands instead of three. To begin, bind four cords or ropes
together, with tape or a Constrictor Knot tied in string.

1 Form the first Crown Knot, as shown.

2 Tighten the first knot, and make another one.
