Giving Thanks for Our Redemption and New Life
Scripture: 1 Peter 3:15 (New Living Translation)
Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but
he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered
physical death but was raised to life in the Spirit.
Jesus died to give us new life and take away our sins so he took
the punishment so we wouldn’t have to, so we could have a
personal relationship with him. This shows us that he really cares
rd
for us. Then on the 3 day he rose up to give us that awesome
peace of mind. So, during this Lent Season let’s give thanks for
the Risen Lord for he is alive and lives forever. Amen
Prayer: Thank you precious God for living and loving us. In
Christ’s Name. Amen.

Stations of the Cross
This Good Friday meditation invites you to use eight
Readings to remind you of Jesus’ journey to the cross.
This meditation can be taken on your own or with
others. Each station has a reading, a reflection, a
prayer and reflection. Use these to walk the way that
Jesus walked on the Good Friday journey then and
now.
