personality and temperament as the same thing. But temperament is
really deeper. It is a habitual inclination of how we live and act. It is an
emotional response that exudes from us from a deeper sense to us. But
the fact is this: our personality is what others see about us.
How people see us (our personality) is important because it determines
how they relate to us. If our personality is open, receptive and
embracing this attracts other folks. If our personality is more reactive,
abrasive and cautious, this doesn’t attract others.
Again, we’re inside-out creations. What is inside of us comes out of us
and is what others see and judge us by.
Goals Are Not Desires, Dreams, Visions or Objectives
Desires are things we want, but they aren’t so important as to cause us
to create a plan or goal to obtain them.
