consideration too. It is said, “Life is just one thing after another — and

then you die.”

The point is this: LIFE is only a temporary assignment.

And in God’s Mind at Least, Life is Also a Test

The test in God’s mind is, “What are you going to do with ME?” He

wants to know if we are going to include him in our journey through life
and then into eternity, or if we simply want to ‘go it alone.’ We lawyers

call this ‘a lark of our own.’

Of course, God wants us to include him, and all he really requires is for

us to include him and believe and trust him. It’s really not a hard JOB at
all, but rather a JOY if we do it. We are given all his blessings, benefits,

promises, and everything else. Jesus says of JOB is to ‘believe.’ Jesus
says he rejects NO one who comes to him.

But if we don’t pass the test, and include God in our life-journey, then
he doesn’t require us to. He lets us go on our own ‘lark.’

Living LIFE to the Max: Label, Laughing & Loving

LIFE is just meant for living it to the max, in any way that makes sense
to us at the time. And we shouldn’t be married to some choice we

made in college as a kid. Kids don’t often make the best marriage
counselors, vocational guidance counselors, or much of anything else.

Vocational guidance wasn’t a big thing at the college I attended. I think

the attitude was that jobs were plentiful and we could all find out what
we wanted to do and go for it. Things have changed today with the cost
of education being so high, and jobs being harder to obtain.
