Seven Faculty and Staf Members Retire After Decades of Service Several beloved teachers and administrators retired in June afer many years of service to our students. We celebrated their decades of dedication, hard work, and commitment to the Padua community in May. • Tom Kohuth (Math Teacher, former Athletic Director & Coach) – 50 years • Gary Jennrich (Dean of Students and Science Teacher) – 45 years • Ron Flachbart ’65 (Accounting Teacher) – 31 years • Shirley Boynar (Life Skills Teacher) – 30 years • Virgil Daniel (Guidance Department Chairman, Counselor, and Teology Teacher) – 24 years • Linda Clark (Social Studies Teacher and Professional Development Director) – 21 yearsMany will continue to be involved at Padua by substitute teaching or by being active grandparents to a few Padua students. We wish them all a happy retirement! • Cindy Smalheer, the administrative assistant in the Business Ofce, retired in September 2017, afer 23 years of service to Padua families.29
