Exosomes are tiny natural messengers released by stem cells, specifically Mesenchymal Stem Cells

(MSCs). Though microscopic, they carry powerful ingredients like proteins, healthy fats, and genetic
material (like RNA) that help your body reduce inflammation, support the immune system, and repair
damaged tissues. Because of their small size and smart design, exosomes can travel easily through the
body & be absorbed through multiple pathways. Exosomes can penetrate tissue barriers & be absorbed
through a variety of delivery routes, including:

➢ Eye drops – to support neuroinflammation and retinal repair
➢ Sublingual (under the tongue) – for direct bloodstream absorption through mucosal membranes,
               bypassing digestive system.
➢ Topical (skin) – for local tissue repair, wound healing, and anti-aging
➢ Scalp applications – to promote hair follicle growth and regeneration
➢ Sexual wellness (vaginal/penile applications) – to enhance tissue health, blood flow, and repair

➢ IV infusions – to circulate systemically for deep tissue support
➢ Inhalation / Nebulization (Lung Delivery) - used to target respiratory inflammation, lung
fibrosis, COVID/post-viral lung damage, and asthma
Unlike live MSCs, which are living cells requiring strict handling, exosomes are cell-free and do not

require viability to deliver their benefits. This allows them to be used more flexibly, stored more
safely, and administered in non-invasive at-home.

When exosomes are pH-balanced and formulated correctly (MSC’s Exo Drops), they can:

            • Enter circulation quickly

            • Modulate immune and neurological functions
            • Reach areas of inflammation, including the brain, through signaling & BBB-crossing capability

Top 3 Popular Routes of Applications for Exo Drops

❖ Ocular (Eye drops) – to support brain, nervous system, neuroinflammation and retinal.
o Frequency: 1-2 drops per eye, 1-2x daily

o Lie down, apply 1–2 drops, rest 2–3 minutes with eyes closed
❖ Sublingual (under the tongue) – for direct bloodstream absorption
                   o 2x daily (morning & night).
❖ Topical (skin application) – for local tissue repair, wound healing, and anti-aging
o Frequency: 1-2 drops to affected or desired area, 1-2x daily
                   o Or as needed.

Daily Sublingual & Ocular Exosome Drops: Exosomes, the nano-sized extracellular vesicles secreted by
MSCs, carry bioactive molecules that can modulate cellular functions. Administering exosomes sublingually
(widely used in medicine) and ocularly provides direct access to systemic circulation and central nervous system
structures, respectively. Clinical studies have explored various administration routes for MSC-derived exosomes,

including intravenous, inhalation, and local applications, highlighting their versatility and therapeutic potential.
