and ready to go but you might not be.

coming to stay in the next few months.
This could prove difficult when trying to

sell your home, with extra belongings and

people in your home to clean up after for
the Open Homes. Plus not to mention take

away good relaxed family time.

Work location – check with your

company that they are not planning to
relocate. Some people have sold up

and moved for the sole reason to have

less of a commute, then the company
has moved to a new premise 40km
away.

Are you kids loving their school, being
close to their friends? Moving can mean

new school zones.

Again, this is a very personal
conversation to have but one to think

about.
