medicines down the toilet. These are starting to turn up in local drinking water

supplies. Find the best way to dispose of them locally.

Valhalla haven’t hosted any health awareness event, atleast from what I know.

But they have installed recycling bins more around the area, especially by the

shopping centres. That being said , In conclusion, health promotion is crucial in

all areas of life. It provides a better quality of life and not just for the

environment but also for the induvial as long as he or her is informed

accurately about living a more health and productive lifestyle.
