NEOGOV has transitioned to the Unified Self Service. County Employees will see a change when the login into
Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, County Employees have access to free online courses through the
Learning Management System (LMS) as well as valuable manuals, videos, and additional resources through LMS
Resources website.

Upon logging into the Learning Management System (LMS), County employees will see the new Unified Dashboard. This
dashboard centralizes tasks and actions for employees and managers in one place, eliminating the need to toggle
between the different NEOGOV modules. A manager or supervisor will be viewing their direct reports through the new

Additionally, LMS Learn provides hundreds of online learning courses covering a wide variety of topics, from the
Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel) to Leadership and Development courses. These courses are self-paced and are free for
County employees. Additionally, the LMS Resources page provides valuable resources for employees, managers, and
LMS coordinators that allow for a better understanding of the LMS functionality. Each section has training guides, how-
to videos, job aids, and Departmental LMS Coordinator List.
