skills or developing a career plan, the Leadership Learning Exchange (LLE) provides you the right tools to support your
success.

Launched in 2022, the LLE was developed via collaboration between the Human Resources and Information Technology
Departments to address employee engagement survey feedback, indicating a strong interest in career development and
learning opportunities. All County employees have access to this robust 24/7 online portal loaded with more than 500
informal leadership related resources. Topics include: Communication, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence,
Problem Solving, Decision Making, Stress Management/Resilience, Diversity, and Inclusion and more! Click HERE for

If you prefer to complete an online training course, the LLE “Online Training” portal contains over 100 leadership related
NEOGOV course topics that were vetted for you. These courses are accessible on the County’s Learning Management
System (LMS). Click HERE for the list of topics.

The LLE resources appeal to all learning styles so employees can view a brief TED Talk or YouTube video, listen to a
segment of a podcast, or read an article. The LLE offers access to hundreds of free resources produced by credible
subject matter experts.

To advance your career, preparation is important, so explore the LLE Career Development Resources. This includes
sample career development plans, links to free assessments, and free job search coaching for all Monterey County
