HRD CONNECT CHIEF EDITOR

Dear County family,
We are excited to announce the launch of the redesigned Human Resources Department’s newsletter: HRD Connect. This
newsletter is composed and written by our HR professionals to ensure that we provide you with accurate information
pertaining County’s policies and benefits, as well as helpful resources for you and your family.

It is also with great pride that we announce the launch of two new sections within our HRD Connect newsletter: Family
Recipes and Skill Swap.

1. Family Recipes
This section is dedicated to sharing delicious and easy-to-make recipes that are perfect for busy families. We encourage all
staff members to share their favorite family recipes with us, whether it's a traditional dish passed down from generations or a
new recipe that you recently discovered. We believe that sharing recipes is a great way to build a sense of community within
our organization.

2. Skill Swap
This section is all about sharing knowledge and expertise with each other. We encourage all staff to showcase their unique
skills and talents, whether it's a DIY project, a language lesson, or anything in between. We believe that everyone has
something to offer and that sharing our skills and knowledge can help us grow both professionally and personally.
We would love to feature you in these new sections. If you have any skills or family recipes that you would like to share,
