HRD Connect | Down Payment Assistance Program

Since 2022, the County of Monterey has also hosted three informative webinars to help employees
understand this program and answer questions. So far, four (4) county employees have taken
advantage of this program to buy their primary homes, with a total assistance of nearly $2.1 million.
