3. The Bible says that Jesus was fully________________ and fully _____________

               4. What does the Bible say Christ’s current activity is?

               5. What verse proves the above statement?

               6. True or False. The SDA teaches that, though saved by grace, we are kept by the Law.

               7. The SDA teach that one must keep Old Testament dietary and ceremonial laws. They believe this
because they hold the view of __________________ atonement.

               8. True or False The SDA church believes that Christ made it clear that He required baptism of
those who wished to become part of His church, His spiritual kingdom"

               9. True or False The SDA church teachers that Jesus was Michael the Archangel (as does the

               11. Adventists refer to __________________ righteousness when speaking of salvation. But the Bible
says that our righteousness was ___________________ to us.

               16.5 Let’s Personalize this Lesson…

A person can say one thing but actually believe another. Many SDA members talk about
salvation in Christ, but when you get down into the SDA doctrine espoused by Ellen G. White,
you see that she requires the works of baptism, worship on the Sabbath, and spotless robes out
of self-effort. SDA members live under the Law of rules and regulations, rather than REST in the
imputed righteousness of Christ. Let’s take some time to pray for those we know in the SDA
movement that they will come to experience saving GRACE.
