fellowship with God. He then began to die. In like manner, you are dying, and you have no
fellowship with God. Sin breaks our fellowship with God. Sin brought physical and spiritual
                       death.

                   3. (SACRIFICE) God shed a lamb and took his skin to cover Adam and Eve’s nakedness. In fact,
after that, God told people that the only way that sin could be forgiven is if blood was shed for
that sin. Heb. 9:22 says, “In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood,
and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.“ The people of Israel were told to
bring a lamb to the temple every year and slay it and offer it up to God as a sacrifice for their sin.
However, this was only a temporary solution to sin.

                   4. (SACRIFICE - SAVIOR) The only sacrifice that could possibly remove our sin from us is if God
Himself became a man and was willing to die and shed His blood for our sins. Perfect sinless
blood had to be shed for our sins. That is exactly what happened when Jesus came to earth…He
came to die on a cross to shed His sinless blood for your sins and mine. The Bible, in II Cor. 9:21,
“For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the
righteousness of God. Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins.

                   5. (SAVIOR) Why would He do this? He is a God of great love. John 3:16 "For God so loved the
world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal
                       life.”

                   6. (SURRENDER) God offers you a special gift. It’s called eternal life. He paid the penalty for your
sins, but it is not yours until you receive His gift. John 1:12 says “But as many as received Him,
to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name…”

                   7. (SURRENDER) If you want to have your sins washed away and be totally pure before God, all you
must do is by faith, receive Christ and what He did for you at the cross. Your motive for doing
this is that you are sorry for your sins and want to turn from them to Christ, who can save you.
You can accept Him as Lord of your life, rather than trying to please God by your own efforts.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of
yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

                   8. (SURRENDER) The Bible says there is a special BOOK in heaven called the Book of Life. When
you are born, your name is absent from that book. When you receive Christ’s offer of
forgiveness by receiving Jesus as your Savior and Lord, your name will be written in that book.
The Bible says that every person who has ever lived, that includes you, will stand before God in
judgment. The Bible says in Revelation 20: 15, “And if anyone's name was not found written in
the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.” Is your name in the Book of Life? Do you
want it to be written there? Would you like to receive the forgiveness Jesus offers you?

                   9. If yes… then tell Jesus Christ that you are a sinner and need forgiveness. Thank Him for dying on
the cross and shedding his blood for you. Ask Him to be your Savior and Lord of your life. Turn
from your sin to Jesus Christ. Would you like me to help you with a prayer you can pray to Jesus
                       Christ?

                   10. If no…then realize that your sin has not been forgiven by God, and that unless you recognize
that Jesus is Lord and submit to His authority, you will pay the penalty for your sin. And you will
